Who we are

E2C – Academic Credential Evaluations of Ohio LLC (E2Care) is an independent consulting company evaluating international educational and professional credentials for US equivalency in educational, professional, and immigration contexts. Based in Canton, Ohio, E2Care serves clients locally and internationally.

Dr. Jean Engohang-Ndong, PhD in Medical Microbiology, is a Tenured Professor at Kent State University (Ohio). He is passionate about education, especially in creating opportunities for access, persistence, and degree attainment for all. For that reason, he founded E2Care.

Dr Engohang-Ndong is the CEO and Senior International Credential Evaluation Specialist at E2Care. He holds a PhD from the Francophone educational system. He earned an Associate degree in Gabon and a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD in France.

With over 18 years of experience in the US higher education system, Dr. Engohang-Ndong has supported international students' access, persistence, and degree attainment. He understands the US and global educational equivalencies. He is a member of NAFSA: Association of International Educators and the American Evaluator Association.
